Earlier this month I sent back 2 recalled hooverboards. Before sending these hooverboards back, I initially spoke to a customer service representative regarding options and opted to use the $200 coupon code/store credit to use toward the purchase of a newer model.

Since I returned 2 hooverboards, I was intent on the using the $400 ($200 X 2 hooverbords) credit to purchase a single T3. The purchase price of the T3 is $399 and Swagway absolutely REFUSES to allow me to use both vouchers to purchase a single item. In my initial discussion with the customer service representative regarding my options for the recall, there was absolutely no mention of this policy of one voucher per purchase. To address the issue I just called customer service to seek a remedy and was stonewalled and ultimately hung up on.

Just before getting hung up on, my frustration got level got to the point that I asked the customer service rep to just send back the repaired hooverboards that I initially purchased. His reply was that that wasn't an option.

All this on top of the fact that I had to wait 6 months to get the packaging to return these things and now must use these vouchers by March 31st! This is completely unacceptable and I will post my complaints to any media outlet that will listen and file complaints with every governmental agency that regulates businesses like Swagtron including the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
